New applications of polyester film

Compressed air plastic film

Compressed air plastic film is made of two pieces of polyester film sealed together and filled with bubbles between them. In this way, compressed air can provide a good buffer for lighter articles. It can cut, so it can package products of any shape or size. As the main function of polyester film is to improve support, it is expected that the film with medium thickness (25um - 75um) is suitable.

Film covering (for card protection)

Paper carrier publications, packaging materials and other printed materials are subject to film covering finishing after printing, so the images and texts are protected and the visual effect is better. In particular, the matt film has no diffuse refraction of wide angle and excessive light, giving people a new feeling of softness, profundity, nobility and luxury. The film covering can increase the depth and brightness of the color, improve the color contrast, and make the pictures and texts waterproof, non stick dirty, oil stain resistant and wear-resistant. It improves the physical and mechanical strength of paper, such as the tension value, smoothness, light aging, tear resistance, puncture resistance, etc., inhibits the physical property of moisture absorption, reduces the deformation and damage caused by the influence of moisture on paper products, and improves the rigidity and molding stability of products. The printed matter processed by film covering can also delay the fading process even if it is exposed to sunlight.

Antistatic PET film

Due to the electrostatic phenomenon of PET film caused by friction, the water soluble polyaniline and specific polyester binder coated on PET film can maintain its transparency and have excellent anti-static performance.
